I’m a member of Student Beans – can I get an additional student discount if I purchase a subscription with the Boxing Day Flash Sale promotion?
No – you cannot redeem two promo codes, if you’re a student then the best discount to be had is via Student Beans as this is 25% off in comparison to the 24% off Boxing Day Flash Sale promotion.

Can I get a free trial period before I buy a Boxing Day Flash Sale subscription?
The WeGLOW Boxing Day Flash Sale promotional offer does not include a free trial period on the app. Once you have made your purchase you will enter your subscription immediately and will have full access to the WeGLOW app.
How much is the sale subscription?
We’re offering 24% off all subscriptions, please note: the sale prices are set in GBP Sterling (£) and USD ($) and due to the nature of fluctuating exchange rates, equivalent price points in other currencies will vary. Exchange rates to CAD, AUD and other currencies may also vary depending on the time and date of purchase.
I am not a UK resident and paid for the WeGLOW App in GBP Sterling – why am I seeing a different billing amount on my bank statement?
If you are not currently a UK resident, your bank may convert your purchase into your local currency, meaning that you will be seeing the equivalent price based on your bank’s exchange rates. If you have used the promotional code correctly you will be charged the promotional rate in GBP Sterling, which may then be converted to your local currency.
Can I try the app before I buy with the Boxing Day Flash Sale promotional offer?
If you are a new subscriber, you will need to purchase a subscription before you are able to access WeGLOW app content.
I already have a subscription with Apple/Google Play. Can I buy a new subscription using the Boxing Day Flash Sale?
The Boxing Day Flash Sale price is available ONLY via https://weglow.app/ If you have an existing subscription via the app or google play store, you will only be able to take advantage of the Boxing Day Flash Sale price by cancelling your existing subscription first, and then subscribing via https://weglow.app/.
Failure to manage your existing subscriptions may result in additional charges to your account from multiple active subscriptions. Please ensure that you manage all accounts and subscription billing via your Stripe account at https://account.weglow.app/login, via your App Store or Google Play logins.
My current Apple/Google Play subscription is still active and I will renew at a later date – can I purchase a new subscription through the website with the Boxing Day Flash Sale?
If you have an existing Apple or Google Play subscription, you will need to cancel your subscription renewal and make your purchase through the WeGLOW website at https://weglow.app/ to take advantage of the Boxing Day Flash Sale. However, your new subscription from the website/Stripe will begin the day you make your purchase, NOT when your current Apple or Google Play subscription is set to end.
Will my Boxing Day Flash Sale subscription start when my current Google Play/Apple subscription ends?
No, you are effectively buying a new product and you will not be able to bolt on your new subscription onto your existing Apple or Google Play subscriptions. The Stripe account and payment will trigger a new subscription, which starts when payment is confirmed.
How do I manage billing, subscriptions and payments for my Stripe account on the WeGLOW website?
Log in via https://account.weglow.app/login using the email you used when you created your account. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reset link at this point.
I bought a monthly/quarterly subscription at sale price but changed my mind and wish to buy a yearly subscription – can I get the yearly sale price now?
You cannot switch products and retain the sale promotional price if you are purchasing once the promotional offer has expired.
REFUNDS
I bought a subscription using the Boxing Day Flash Sale promotion, forgot to cancel my subscription and have been charged – can I get a refund?
Users are ultimately responsible for managing their own subscription and billing, and as such unfortunately we can only issue refunds according to our T&Cs https://weglow.app/terms/
You can cancel your subscription at any time, regardless of your subscription status being “in Trial” or “Active”. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged, unless you cancel 24 hours before the start of your next billing period. Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will still have access to the WeGLOW App, until the end of your billing period.
Refunds are not eligible for the following reasons:
Unused Subscription – inability to use the app for personal or medical conditions any other similar reason or event.

It is the app user’s responsibility to ensure that they are happy to pay the price stated at checkout when purchasing a subscription during the WeGLOW Boxing Day Flash Sale. The amount stated may be in GBP Sterling or your local currency. Please ensure that you have fully checked the pricing, currency and discount before you confirm your purchase, as we will be unable to issue refunds or further discounts if the Boxing Day Flash Sale discount code has not been applied correctly.
