Everything you need to know about the “Strong & Healthy Challenge” 

You will be training with all three of our incredible trainers, Head trainer Stef, Mara & Alex for the next 6 weeks.

There’s a home & gym version so you can join from anywhere. If you’re joining from home just make sure you have a chair, resistance bands, mat, skipping rope & a set of dumbbells.

It’s made up of 4 sessions per week + 4 optional “bonus” finishers if you’re looking for an added challenge. 

All sessions are between 10-45 minutes long so you can more easily commit to prioritising time for yourself, your health & your wellbeing no matter your schedule.

This challenge is varied, fun & flexible – it combines a mix of strength training, cardio & conditioning, Pilates & yoga. We’ve even thrown in some meditation and breathwork too!
