Officially 6 months into 2023. We know, where has the time gone? At this point you might not have achieved what you originally set out to back in January, & that’s ok. Here are a few reasons why you many not have seen the results you wanted:

1. Inconsistent efforts: Achieving results requires consistency. If you’re not consistent with your practices or don’t follow a regular routine, your progress is hindered.
2. Unrealistic Expectations: Setting unrealistic expectations (especially in January) can lead to disappointment. If you expected dramatic results in a short period, it’s important to remember that progress takes time. Patience & persistence are key.
3. Lack of Proper Planning: Without a well-designed plan (that’s what we’re for) it can be challenging to track progress or ensure you’re engaging in effective practices.
4. Poor Nutrition: Your diet plays a significant role in your overall fitness & can often be overlooked. If you didn’t pay enough attention to nutrition in the last 6 months, it could be a huge factor in your progress. A balanced & nourishing diet supports your body’s ability to perform & recover, so it’s time to get serious about food.

Brunch is served 🤤

Ingredients:
1 bagel
2 eggs
30g reduced fat cheese
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
Salt & Pepper
Fresh parsley

Method:
Prep your baking tray with cooking spray
& preheat your oven to 180C
Add one bagel face down
And crack two eggs in the holes
Top with the reduced fat cheese, chilli flakes, salt & pepper
Bake in centre of the oven for 8-10 minutes or air fry for 6 minute

The follicular phase is the first phase of the menstrual cycle. During this phase, hormonal levels, such as estrogen, begin to rise. Meaning It’s a great time to focus on workouts that promote energy, endurance & strength.

Give this workout a go, 10-12 Reps per exercise, repeat 3-4 times 🔥

Remember to listen to your body & modify the intensity or duration of the exercises based on your fitness level & potential injuries.
