7 steps to get started on your WeGLOW journey

We know getting started can be a challenge, so we’ve broken down into seven simple steps how you can best set yourself up for success on WeGLOW.

Step 1. Get familiar with your guide

You should have selected a guide to start as part of your onboarding process. So head to your calendar and have a browse of the upcoming workouts you have scheduled that week; look at what body parts you’re working, what equipment you need and how long they’re estimated to take.

Step 2. Complete our new user checklist

When you first land on the dashboard of the app you should see a section that gives you four quick steps to do that we believe help you get set up on the app for success. Tap through each step quickly and easily and you'll be on the road to success.

Step 3. Don’t forget to favorite recipes & workouts to come back to

With so much variety it can be tough to choose what workouts to get started with. As you’re browsing, we recommend quickly favouriting workouts you like the look of so you can come back to them and add them to your calendar at a later date.

Step 4. Take a deep dive on the workouts tab

We’re not exaggerating when we say we have a workout for every mood, schedule, level or goal. Our workouts tab is designed to be easy to navigate and to help you find the content you’re looking for as quickly as possible. We break workouts down into training style, target area, level and even what phase of your cycle you’re in. Alternatively tap the search bar to search directly and then hit the filter icon to quickly filter down to exactly what you need. You can also use our quicksearch tags under the search bar - like ‘low impact’, ‘glutes’ or ‘core’ to find workouts in a specific style. Lastly, if you’re looking to train with a specific trainer, then tap their name and see all their guides, workouts and classes in one area, ordered by the most recently added so you can always find their newest content.

Step 5. Get to grips with your calendar

The WeGLOW calendar is such a handy tool when it comes to building your ultimate, flexible routine. You can drag & drop to change the order of your workout days and move workouts around, alternatively if you’ve changed your mind on a workout in your calendar; press, hold and drag the workouts towards the bottom of the screen where you’ll see a bin icon pop up.

You can also add new workouts to your calendar, directly from the calendar page by hitting the + icon. Then hit the quicksearch tags or enter what you’re looking for in the search bar.

Step 6. Join our community groups for the ultimate motivation & support

The WeGLOW community is packed full of inspiring, like-minded women from all corners of the globe, all striving to feel good and reach their goals. You can join our community platforms quickly & easily by heading to the Settings page in the top left hand corner of the app and scrolling down to the Community section. Tap any or all of the three options to be immediately linked out to our various community groups.

In these groups you’ll be able to find accountability, support and seek advice on recommended guides, workouts and recipes in the app.

Step 7. Don’t underestimate the power of our Learn section

There’s so much conflicting information out there when it comes to health & fitness, it’s hard to know where to start and what to believe. This is why we created our Learn section; an area packed full of short, easy-to-read (and even easier to understand) blogs that address all the common questions, myths and key knowledge you might want to know. At WeGLOW we believe knowledge is power & we want you to understand the why behind what you’re doing so you can make informed decisions and feel empowered.

From “eat to beat period symptoms”, to “how to build a healthier relationship with food” to “what is progressive overload?” - we guarantee this knowledge will change the game when it comes to your fitness journey.
